The county seat, in the middle of Orange County on the 5 and the 55. Cars come to our studio in Yorba Linda; for homes and businesses, the van comes to you.
Santa Ana is the county seat and one of the most built-up cities in Orange County — the civic center and downtown, older neighborhoods of historic homes, and office towers out toward the freeways. North on the 55 to the 91, then a few exits east, brings you to our studio. Cars come up to Yorba Linda by appointment; for homes, apartments, shops and offices in Santa Ana, the van comes to you.

Santa Ana traffic means the 5 and the 55, plus plenty of stop-start driving on busy streets where the sun has time to bake the cabin. Kepler IR ceramic film on the rear side windows and back glass keeps that heat down and blocks UV, and darker rear glass hides what’s on the back seat while you’re parked on a busy street.

Window film for buildings

Santa Ana mixes historic homes, apartment buildings, storefronts and offices, and every kind of glass among them takes the sun. Kepler home film keeps rooms cooler and blocks UV, while Kepler commercial film cuts glare on office screens and slows fading in shop displays. We show samples on your own glass and fit on site.

Yes. Kepler commercial film cuts heat and glare through shop windows and helps protect displays from fading. We come to the shop, show samples on the glass and send a price.
Usually, if the building allows it — check with your landlord or association first. We bring Kepler samples and fit only the windows you choose.
Santa Ana follows California law: clear UV film only on the front side windows (they must stay at 70% or more), any shade on the side windows behind the driver and on the rear window when the car has mirrors on both sides, and a strip along the top of the windshield.
